At PureO Natural Products, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the sanitary nature of hair, skin, and body care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pureonatural products.com or 877-883-1261 and our team will be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly of any issues so we can make it right.
Shipping
Our estimated shipping timeframe is 3–5 business days once your order has been processed. Please keep in mind that delays may occur due to carrier services, weather, or peak holiday periods.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PUREO NATURAL PRODUCTS ORDER?

PureO Natural Products currently ships to the contiguous 50 United States. International shipping is available through a freight forwarder.

Our products are manufactured locally in Pennsylvania. We carefully choose our manufacturing partners to ensure every product delivers high quality and fair value.
